Cathedral Ledge Distillery presents a selection of grain to glass spirits. All of their spirits are USDA-certified organic and gluten free. Their spirits are fermented, distilled, and bottled in their beautiful timber-frame barn overlooking NH’s breathtaking Cathedral Ledge.

Each spirit is handcrafted to include familiar tastes, bold new creations, and seasonal favorites. Current organic offerings include straight bourbon, wheated bourbon, straight rye whiskey, gin, barrel-rested gin, vodka, fig-infused vodka, blueberry-infused vodka, ginger-infused vodka, horseradish-infused vodka, cucumber & mint infused vodka, aquavit, and crowd favorite maple liqueur.

Now serving a variety of cocktails prepared with their spirits and snack trays for a small bite.

The tasting room offers tastings of their spirits, specialty cocktails, bottle sales, and a variety of merchandise to complement their spirits. The tasting room is open most days starting at noon, see our website for the latest schedule. Tours are offered most days at 1pm and 3pm, and are best booked online. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
